Support Downloads

PopWare Support has made available configuration gathering tools to better serve customers. These tools collect the current setup and configuration information on the customer's computer to provide PopWare support a firm basis to quickly resolve issues. The tool generates a configuration report that is saved to the customer's computer desktop and then e-mailed to the PopWare support representative.

All gathered information is kept in strictest confidence - and will be used for the sole purpose of resolving any reported issues. To-date, there are two configuration tools available to download and more are planned for future availability.

The currently available tools are as follows:

» Workflow Server Configuration Tool (112 KB)
   Provides a detailed configuration report for the Workflow Server and its installed components.

» Workflow Approver Client Configuration Tool (108 KB)
   Provides a detailed configuration report for the Workflow Approver Client and its installed components.
