Mike has direct responsibility for product development and support and is actively involved with key customers and partners. With his unparalleled knowledge of the CMMS/EAM market and leading-edge technologies, Mike leads a team of highly skilled technical specialists in the development of world-class enterprise software.

Sil Zoratti
Director of Sales and Marketing
Sil Zoratti brings over 20 years of sales and marketing expertise in the asset management software marketplace to The Createch Group’s Asset Management Solution (AMS) business unit. In his role as Director of Sales, Sil is responsible for managing sales operations and developing new business opportunities for Createch’s products and services. Sil has had senior roles in a number of leading asset management software organizations including ShawWare, Marcam, Invensys (Avantis) and NRX. Sil holds a BSc and BComm from McMaster University.

VP of Services
An innovative and accomplished Senior Software/Services Business executive with an extensive record of achievement Chuck brings over 25 years of management and wide-ranging industry experience. Chuck leads the AMS (Asset Managements Solutions) services team whose focus is managing dynamic multiple priority engagements and delivering them on time and on budget. Chuck is a proven leader and mentor with the stamina to energize the team, maximize resources, anticipate issues and support positive change. Chuck’s impressive track record, along with great communication and people skills combined with an open and effective management style enables him to innovatively direct our distinguished services team.
