Implementation Consultants

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Act as a lead for MAXIMO implementations and support work on several projects/client sites.
• Work with clients on new projects to define business requirements, perform hands on technical work to provide recommended system configurations, document requirements and project plans/progress reports as per customer specification, provide leadership and supervision to staff.

Education and Work Experience:
• Minimum 3 years MAXIMO 4.x or 5.x implementation experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or computer science.

Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
• Strong communication, presentation, organization, and planning skills. Good interpersonal skills to work as a team member and as a liaison with customers.
• Proficient with all aspects of MAXIMO (4.x and 5.x), SQR, Actuate, Crystal Reports, and other consulting tools. General knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server database platforms.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:
• Exposure to maintenance and plant floor environments. Extensive travel required (90%-100%).
